This is a beautiful antique clock that needs some repairs. I believe it is from Germany circa late 1800s or early 1900s. Please see photos and ask questions before purchase. I will describe what I see but I do not know anything about repairing antique clocks. The hour hand swings loosely. The leaf decoration on the right side is missing a piece that has broken off. The one on the left has some splitting in the wood. There are some other hairline cracks and a few dings in the wood. The door in the back has some splits. Inside, the upper right bellows? is detached or broken. There is a pendulum and two pine cone weights and chains. I do not know if there are any pieces missing from the workings inside. My hope is that someone that can fix up clocks will give this one a new life! It is a beautiful antique clock. Oops! Just noticed that in the photo of the back panel, I put it on upside down. The little indentation at the top actually fits in a groove at the bottom. Here are some measurements: These are taken from the back of the clock as straight edges are easiest to measure. As seen from the back, picture 3, the box is about 7-3/4 inches across. From the base of the box to the very top point of the roof is about 11 inches. It is about 4-1/8 deep, not including the decorations on the front. The two pine cone weights are 7 inches in length, that includes the attached ring at the top. Has the pine cone weights. Circa 1880 s . Measures 38 length and 26 width, Clock is in working order, however if shipped most clocks will need to be tuned and adjusted.
